FORMER DEAN OF APPN LESOTHO CHAPTER MR. NKOALE OETSI TS’OANA
Mr. Nkoale Oetsi Ts’oana, former Dean of APPN being one and the main stakeholder at the workshop said that the media is a mediator between the Parliament and the Public hence why the relations between the two parties should be harmonious. Furthermore, Mr Nkoale explained to the participants what APPN is and said “it’s a continental Press Network of Journalists and information officers who report on Parliamentary affairs at National, sub regional and regional levels across Africa”, he further stated that it was established to strengthen Parliamentary reporting, improve media access to legislative information and promote transparency in governance.
