HON DR. THABISO LEBESE DELIVERING CLOSING REMARKS AT THE WORKHOP HELD FOR THE SENATE AND MEDIA TOGETHER WITH APPN LESOTHO WITH THE PURPOSE OF BUILDING GOOD RELATIONS, THE WORSHOP WAS HELD AT LANCERS INN HOTEL MASERU ON THE 24TH MARCH 2025 FUNDED BY EUROPEAN UNION
On his closing remarks, Hon. Dr. Thabiso Lebese as Committees’ Chair of Chairs gave a vote of thanks to all who took part in ensuring that the workshop is a success as well as all the participants and indicated that the biasness in reporting Parliament news, more especially of the Senate should be taken into consideration by media houses.
Honourable ‘Makholu Moshoeshoe gave a vote of thanks on behalf of the Senate Committee chairpersons for having the opportunity to attend the workshop on building good relations with the media and APPN Lesotho, She indicated that it would be much more meaningful if all Senators were invited since they have got their own concerns on media which need to be addressed. She further stated that it is bad to be misinterpreted by media and therefore the workshop’s output will be very beneficial for both parties.
