Hon. Chairperson of Legislation Committee to move

  1. After Clause 2(2) insert the following new Clause:

(3)”Notwithstanding Section 9(2) the following shall apply;  (a)     The Council at the date of coming into operation of this Act, shall continue to serve under the term of one year.”
