SENATE OFFICE
Cleaning new senate buildings, main entrances, stars, passages and toilets
- The Government of Lesotho – Senate office intends to utilize its funds for 2026/ 2027 recurrent budget towards the cost of procurement of cleaning services as per attached schedule of requirements.
- Clerk to the Senate therefore invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for daily cleaning of main entrances, corridors, stars and toilets at Senate building excluding weekends
- Service duration: 10 months renewable contract upon satisfactory service provision
- Compulsory site visit on 21st April 2026 at 10:00am
Tenderers should assemble at the new Senate building at 10:00 am, questions and answers will follow site walk, the deadline for clarification is on 30th April 2026, the address for requesting clarification is: hlalelehlalele@yahoo.com
5. Evaluation criteria
After the qualification of bitters, eligible bidders will be scored for compliance as per the table below:

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday, May 15th, 2026, at 12:00 HRS. Late bids will be rejected. Properly sealed and signed tenders endorsed as per above table shall be lodged into the tender deposit box located at reception of New Senate Building Maseru P.O Box 553, Tel 22322427, SUBMISION MUST BE ONE (1 ORIGINAL AND FOUR (4 COPIES)
6. It is mandatory for bidders to submit M20,000.00 Bid security, their certificate of bona fide bidding, tax clearance certificates from the relevant authorities, and together with their bids as well as their relevant trader’s license. These documents shall be certified copies by relevant authorities. Non- compliance with this requirement may invalidate their bids.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 12:30hrs on Friday, May 15th, 2026, at the address given below:
